Tulameen has an abundance of attractions to please every age group.

Tubing

Otter Creek is just right for tubing, Fun in the sun and taking your time or whatever. It should take you about 30 minutes to 60 minutes to navigate your way to the bridge corner on the Tulameen highway, or if your are adventurous float under the bridge and enter the Tulameen River for a wild ride down to Granite Creek Campsite.

Water Zone

Otter Lake has attracted thousands to swim or just sunbathe on the sandy beach with friends and family. Water Skiing and Tubbin is also a great activity for warm summer days. For the fisher in your family, Otter Lake has an abundance of Rainbow Trout and Pike Minnow, Lake Trout, and some Kokanee for the patient fisher.

Swimming Hole

Tulameen River has many small swimming holes close to town if you prefer swimming in the river. Put your lawn chair down on the water and enjoy watching the kids and worshipping the sunshine and the sound of the river. If you don’t mind travelling a bit, A short trip east on Highway 3 will bring you to the famous Bromley Rock Park and Swimming Hole.

Find your special place

The old Kettle Valley Rail Line is now a trail that follows the eastern contour of the Otter Lake shoreline. Hike, Bike, or Ride (ATV’s, and Motorbikes are part of the fun)

Playgrounds

The playground on the old school grounds is an excellent place to enjoy the kids and watch them navigate our Playground attraction’s

Shooting Sports

Tulameen has its very own Fish& Game Club, the Otter Valley Fish & Game Club offers a safe and controlled place to enjoy shooting sports. Their muli-hectare site hosts organized events throughout the summer.

Bocce Ball

Tournaments and casual games are hosted at the School grounds throughout the summer season, And for the more adventurous come play Forest bocce at the Fish & Game club grounds on the hill.

Off-Road and Trail Rides

Tulameen is one of only a few communities that allow ORV’s on their streets, allowing riders to access the trails right from their Cabins and summer homes.

Horseshoes

A great family game for all ages, if you can throw a shoe you can play, We have a Multi-Pit venue behind the Community Hall just ask for shoes and start your own Tournament. Hosted tournaments can be found on Tulameen Days our annual celebration of Mid-Summer.
